You'll receive deliverability score and suggestions about DKIM, SPF, DMARC, rDNS and IP reputation.
You should also test your SPF and DKIM records: https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check
If you didn't setup valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC within cPanel, you may experience following issues:
1. Your email may arrive into "Junk" or "Spam" folder.
2. Your email may bounce back with error code.
